The British Nationals’ Assistance Office counter hours are from 0930 - 1230 hrs, Monday to Friday. Accordingly, appointments will only be available during these times.

Please note that consular fees may be subject to change without prior notice.

The British Nationals Assistance Office Goa provides consular and some documentary services to British Nationals in Goa.

An appointment is not necessary for consular cases like the hospitalisation, death or arrest of a British National. However you may book one if you wish.

Certain services will carry a fee and this information is available on the website. The fees need to be paid in Indian Rupees only and can be paid by debit/credit card or cash. Please note that consular fees may be subject to change without prior notice.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: EXTENDING A CURRENT BRITISH PASSPORT
If your existing British passport has recently expired or is close to expiring you can apply for it to be extended for 12 months.

Please check the guidance to see whether you are eligible to apply for a passport extension.
This service is available at our New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata and Goa offices.

You will not be charged for this service.

The service is by appointment only. To book an appointment please phone the office nearest to you and select the ‘consular services’ option or contact our Consular Call Centre on +91 22 66502222. Appointments cannot be made through Clickbook for these services.
